IEEE Southeastern Michigan Vehicle Tech Society Chapter Potluck Summer Picnic The IEEE SEM Vehicle Tech Society chapter invites all IEEE members & their families, to join us for a Summer Potluck Picnic. (In other words, we engineers also know how to play and are not "all work all the time"!!). There is no charge for the gathering but, please register so we know who and how many to expect. At the Firefighters Park, the recreation opportunities include: A mix of open space and wooded areas with a section of the Rouge River running through the north end and along its east border. Amenities include nine soccer fields, a barrier-free play structure, ball diamond, eighteen-hole disc golf course, sand volleyball courts, picnic shelter, shore fishing, restrooms and concession stand operated during scheduled soccer games.
